A Little About Me
I am currently a student at Ivy Tech studying Elementary Education in Evansville, Indiana. It has always been my passion to teach kids in hopes of becoming a loving, kind, and patient teacher. It would be my absolute honor to make a positive impact in at least one child's life so that starting in my classroom, they can express themselves positively and creatively.
My Story
I grew up in a small town just thirty minutes north of Evansville and from a very young age, I have loved children and knew I wanted a job where I was surrounded by them every day. I was constantly babysitting and have had numerous jobs working with kids. I also grew up loving the sport volleyball. My mother has been a varsity coach for going on 20 years, while just retiring from coaching, as well as being my coach when I played in high school. One of my goals is to become a varsity volleyball coach just like my mom. I spend most of my time with my family, reading, and with my year old poodle, Stella.
